OpenAI Has Finally Released Sora 🔥
OpenAI has officially launched Sora, its highly anticipated text-to-video AI model. Released as part of the company’s ongoing “ship-mas” product rollout.
Details:
Sora doesn't just allow users to generate videos from text prompts; it can also animate photos, remix videos, and even blend scenes together seamlessly, enabling users to create complex videos with multiple shots.
The model is live for ChatGPT Plus and Pro subscribers. Plus users can generate videos in 720p resolution with a 5-second duration, while Pro subscribers enjoy higher limits, including 1080p videos up to 20 seconds long and the option to remove watermarks.
Credits are required to generate "priority" videos with Sora, depending on resolution and duration. ChatGPT Plus and Pro plans provide 1,000 and 10,000 credits per month, respectively.
Pro subscribers, however, have access to relaxed videos, which do not require credits. These relaxed videos generally take longer to create than priority videos.
While Sora is available in the US and most parts of the world, OpenAI CEO Sam Altman stated that it may “be a while” before launching in “most of Europe and the UK” due to stricter regulations.
Even without a subscription, users can browse the platform, and while there will be discussions about whether it lives up to its promises, the generations are certainly impressive.
TOGETHER WITH RYSE
This smart home company grew 200% month-over-month…
No, it’s not Ring or Nest—it’s RYSE, a leader in smart shade automation, and you can invest for just $1.75 per share.
RYSE’s innovative SmartShades have already transformed how people control their window coverings, bringing automation to homes without the need for expensive replacements. With 10 fully granted patents and a game-changing Amazon court judgment protecting their tech, RYSE is building a moat in a market projected to grow 23% annually.
This year alone, RYSE has seen revenue grow by 200% month-over-month and expanded into 127 Best Buy locations, with international markets on the horizon. Plus, with partnerships with major retailers like Home Depot and Lowe’s already in the works, they’re just getting started.
Now is your chance to invest in the company disrupting home automation—before they hit their next phase of explosive growth. But don’t wait; this opportunity won’t last long.
Google Makes New Quantum Computing Breakthrough
Google has announced a breakthrough in quantum computing. Its new chip, called Willow, can solve a computing problem in under five minutes — a task Google says would take the fastest supercomputer 10 septillion years, longer than the age of the universe.
Details:
Google’s researchers made progress on error correction, a critical challenge in quantum computing, by adding more qubits and correcting errors in real time.
This milestone, called “below threshold,” is a key indicator of progress in quantum error correction, a concept introduced in 1995 by Peter Shor.
Google aims to use quantum computing for real-world applications, including AI training, new medicine discovery, efficient battery designs for electric vehicles, and advancements in energy solutions.
Google’s Willow chip represents a significant step forward in quantum computing, achieving levels of speed and accuracy once thought impossible, and while it sets a new performance standard, Google’s rivals, including Microsoft, Amazon, and IBM, are also developing quantum computing technology, fueling a race for dominance in the field.

How to use Grok's new 'Aurora' image generator
Why would you want to use this new model? Aurora excels at generating photorealistic images and following prompts. Additionally, it appears to be better at generating images of real people compared to most other image generators, as seen in the results above.
*Note: Aurora is available in select countries and will roll out to all users within a week. Only X Premium subscribers can access it.
Go to X and click on Grok in the sidebar to open the chatbot.
Make sure you have the correct model selected in the Grok model menu. Choose the option labeled Grok 2 with the most recent image model. If no image model is mentioned, select Grok 2.
Provide a prompt for the image you want. You can also modify the image with follow-up prompts until you're satisfied with the result.
