OpenAI Explores New Pricing Options for ChatGPT 💰
Sam Altman recently shared that the company is exploring usage-based pricing, moving away from its current flat-fee structure. This change could better align costs with customer needs, especially as OpenAI's AI models become more advanced and more expensive to run.

In a recent Bloomberg interview, Sam Altman acknowledged that ChatGPT's current pricing strategy isn't exactly the result of thorough market research, pricing studies, or anything like that. They initially tested two price points: $20 and $42. Since users rejected the higher price, they settled on $20 per month for ChatGPT Plus.
He also admitted he personally set the price for the $200 ChatGPT Pro subscription, thinking it would be profitable for OpenAI. But despite the high price, he recently revealed on X that it is actually losing money—a miscalculation that adds urgency to their pricing strategy revision.
According to the company, customers have expressed interest in paying for what they use, especially since computing needs may vary monthly. Altman has ruled out time-based billing, calling it outdated.
Despite these challenges and efforts to become profitable, Sam Altman made it clear that the company is still focused on its ultimate goal: building AGI and ASI. In a new blog post, he stated, “We are now confident we know how to build AGI,” and even added that they are “beginning to turn our aim beyond that, to superintelligence in the true sense of the word.”

ByteDance has introduced a new AI system called INFP. This technology transforms static portrait photos into lifelike videos where the subjects appear to speak and react naturally to audio input.
Details:
INFP stands for "Interactive, Natural, Flash, and Person-generic." It can animate still portrait photos to mimic real conversations, automatically assigning speaking and listening roles without manual input.
How Does It Work?
Step 1: Motion-Based Head Imitation
The AI analyzes head movements and facial expressions from videos, turning this data into realistic motions.Step 2: Audio-Guided Motion Generation
Audio is matched with natural movements using a "motion guider" and a diffusion transformer, ensuring smooth lip-sync and realistic reactions.
The AI was trained on a new dataset called DyConv, which includes over 200 hours of real-world conversations. This gives the system a deeper understanding of human emotions, expressions, and natural behaviors.
INFP excels in matching lip movements to speech, preserving unique facial features, and creating natural animations for both speaking and listening roles.
ByteDance plans to expand INFP's capabilities to animate full-body movements and integrate text and image input. However, to prevent misuse, the company plans to limit access to research institutions for now. Eventually, they plan to incorporate these innovations into popular apps in their portfolio, like TikTok and CapCut.

Go to ChatGPT and type this prompt:
“I want to create my goal and vision for 2025. Please guide me through this process by asking me ten questions, one by one, and when I’m done answering the tenth question, please write down my dream life story for 2025, what my 2025 affirmation will be, and then my top five goals broken by relationship, business, family, money, body, and life.”
You can edit the last bit however you like—it’s all about what matters to you. You might not care about your body or already feel satisfied with it, or you might think everything is already great with your family and friends. Get as specific as you want.
Answer all ten questions one by one. Be really specific.
At the end, you'll have your life story for 2025, capturing your feelings, achievements, and journey. It will include your affirmation, the key things that will inspire you daily, followed by your goals.
Now use this prompt: “How do I get there? What would I need to do everyday?”
It will give you your daily habits.
Then, prompt: “Can you tell me exactly what my daily schedule should look like and include a goal tracker? Put this into a table that I can copy or download.”
