OpenAI is rewarding its engineers handsomely, according to new compensation data.
Details:
Per salary tracking site Levels.fyi, the median total pay for an OpenAI software engineers with 10+ years of experience is $925,000.
Total compensation comprises a $300,000 base salary and $625,000 in stock-based compensation.
As pioneers in generative AI through innovations like ChatGPT, OpenAI is leading the pack. With Microsoft recently infusing $10 billion into the startup now valued at $29 billion, OpenAI can pay top dollar for top talent.

• Innovations fueled by generative AI: Generative AI impacts business as it relates to content discovery, creation, authenticity and regulations. It also has the ability to automate human work.this category includes technologies like Artificial general intelligence, Edge AI, Smart robots and more.
• Innovations advancing gen AI: Generative AI exploration is accelerating, thanks to the popularity of stable diffusion, midjourney, ChatGPT and large language models. This category includes technologies like Responsible AI, Foundation models, AI TRiSM and more.

Activate ChatGPT’s “Code Interpreter” feature
Follow these steps to activate it: (Note: You need to have ChatGPT Plus)
In the bottom right corner, click on your account name.
Click on Settings.
In the Setting menu, click on Beta features.
Click on the Code Interpreter toggle.
Go to create a new prompt and hover over GPT-4 at the top. There you will see the option to switch between the standard and Code Interpreter powered version of GPT-4.
Select the Code Interpreter option.
The Code Interpreter plugin mode is now enabled!
This new ChatGPT pulgin helps with:
Solving mathematical problems, both quantitative and qualitative
Doing data analysis and visualization
Converting files between formats
